The Dutton is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, within a walkable pocket of the city that offers convenient access to local restaurants, entertainment options, and everyday retail. Its setting provides residents with a balance of urban connectivity and suburban ease, supported by nearby recreational destinations such as McKnight Park, the Sports*Com Star Plex, and the Old Fort Golf Course.
